It all started when we wanted to produce a tasty luxury Alcolollie with at least one (25ml) measure of branded spirits per Alcolollie using premium ingredients.

We worked in partnership with a Dubai based chef to see how he would tackle this problem as alcohol is hard to freeze keeping taste and texture premium. The chef produced a number of recipes that we developed further, formulating a unique method for freezing a whole shot minimum, per pop. This was then further developed by Liz and Pam (clever Alcolollie food technicians), that took the recipe added some magic to produce a commercial formula for mass production.
